Pages describe application analytics engagements for digital service orchestration. Descriptions and prices are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.

No online payment

This site does not process payments or offer checkout. Fees, invoices, and payment methods are agreed separately in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit unlawful or harmful content through forms, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse without our prior written consent.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we deliver under an engagement remain our property unless a proposal assigns specific deliverables to you. You may not copy or redistribute site materials without permission.

Client materials

You confirm you have the right to share application data, logs, and documents you provide for an engagement, and that sharing them does not violate third-party agreements.

Disclaimer

Site content is provided for general information. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that insights will achieve a particular business result. Engagement outcomes depend on the accuracy of information you supply and on decisions your organisation makes after the readout.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability under an engagement is limited as stated in the applicable proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different dispute clause in a signed proposal.
